Actuality Systems Perspecta
Cusp designed a modular housing and collaborated on the rotating mechanism and optics assembly for this system which projects sections of a 3-D model on a screen as it rotates at over 900 rpm. The result is a full-color, high resolution (100+ million voxel) space filling image that can be viewed from all angles with no glasses.
Cusp is also co-inventor of a subsequent low-cost holographic video system for which Actuality received a 1.7 million dollar NIST grant.
